I was born in Spokane, Washington but grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. I started off at Lil Goldman as a student back in 2001 and have grown along with the school ever since. After graduating from high school in 2015, I went on to get certified in yoga and meditation as well as kids’ yoga. I have taught at various yoga studios and gyms while also teaching part-time at the Lil Goldman. Currently, I have my Child Development Associates certification and am in the process of completing my bachelor's degree in Psychology. Last year I was lucky enough to marry my best friend and together we have an amazing dog Bodhi. When I am not teaching, I like to spend time with my boys, do yoga, hike, and I love a good brunch.
Although Infants spend a lot of the time feeding and sleeping we spend time speaking, reading and singing to the infants. Tummy time is very important to babies at this age. Each "little person" has their own personality and way of communicating with the world around them.
We get to know each baby quickly and provide the care and stimulation they each require. The schedule in both infant rooms is baby-centered. We follow the schedule that the family has established with the baby.
