I was raised in Arlington and worked as a nanny through my undergrad studies. I really enjoy working with children. Babies are so hopeful and happy (most of the time). I have my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am working towards a Masters in Counseling. My cat, Scout, and I live in Fort Worth. This is my first year at Lil Goldman ELC and I'm excited to care for your amazing infants.
In the Infant Two classroom we are growing and developing gross motor skills and awareness of the world around us. We spend time reading for language development, and lots of sensory activities and tummy-time help to motivate us to grasp, crawl, sit-up, pull up, and be more mobile. Our class is baby-centered, following the schedule that the families have set for each child. As part of our sensory experiences we will encourage more finger foods and play lots of music. We enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality and will encourage curiosity.
