Esther Wolf, Director
I am so happy to be a part of the Lil Goldman Early Learning Center family.
I have worked in the field of Jewish education in the metroplex for over thirty years. I was a Hebrew Language Coordinator at Levine Academy in addition to being a preschool teacher and Jewish Studies and Enrichment Coordinator for the preschool through fourth grade. At Congregation Shearith Israel, I was the preschool director for seven years and then became the assistant religious school director. At Congregation Beth Torah Preschool, I was also the director.
I plan to bring my own vision of integrating Hebrew language, Jewish traditions and universal values to an academically sound but developmentally appropriate curriculum at the school. I look forward to working closely with the families to provide the best possible environment for your children. During the preschool years we will lay the foundations for future academic successes. My staff and I will prepare the students for any learning environment, public or private, that you choose for your child after graduating from Lil Goldman School.
After growing up in Montreal, Canada, I graduated from Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel with a Bachelors in Education and a minor in Psychology and Jewish Studies. I then moved to Texas where I received a Masters in Education specializing in Early Childhood from North Texas State University (now UNT). I am married and have two grown sons and one wonderful grandson.
My door is always open; please feel free to come in and visit with me with any comments, questions or concerns.
I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Accounting. I married my husband immediately upon graduation. His career took us to several states before we returned to Texas to raise our family.
I worked for a Fortune 200 company as a Financial Analyst before stepping out of the workplace to raise our three children. I was very involved with my children’s school and extra- curricular activities serving as treasurer and fundraising chair of the PTO, room mom, athletic booster, and horse stall “mucker”. I also served in Community Bible Study in a leadership role for ten years which included being Associate Teaching Director for seven years. Now that my children are grown, I’m thrilled to be working again at Lil Goldman.
I have been working at Lil Goldman for the last 11 years. I have worked in a pre-school environment since 1991. Prior to working with infants, I worked with 1-2 year olds and school age children. I have two grown boys and three grandchildren, one of whom you know very well, Ms. Kaitlyn. They are the joy of my life! My family was in the Air Force for 20 years before we retired here in Fort Worth 24 years ago.
I have worked with children for over ten years. I have a background in psychology and human resources (BSCA in General Psychology, including early childhood education and Masters in Human Resources (HRM). I have training in several methods of early childhood education, including Reggio Emilia and Montessori methods.
I am 0-3 years Montessori certified and currently working on my pre-school Montessori Certification (3-6). My philosophy in life is that every child is unique and has something extraordinary in them.
I am very excited to be a part of this school community.

I have been teaching at Lil Goldman for 8 years in the Toddler class. I started as an assistant for the first 2 years I was here. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Elementary Education in the Philippines. Teaching is my passion in life and I enjoy being around children. I live in Fort Worth with my husband, Jomar, and our two dogs, Sunshine and Bernie. Being with the toddler age group means teaching them that playing is learning and that learning is fun!
Arlie Herreros, Teacher
I have been teaching the two year old class at Lil Goldman for 16 years now! I love teaching this age so much because they are like a rollercoaster ride; you never know what to expect around the next turn and they are full of endless energy and hugs. Your child starts out as a toddler, but leaves my class as a “big kid”.
I grew up in Washington State and attended both Eastern Washington State University and the University of Arizona. In addition to those, I studied at CECMAC in Morelia, Michoacan Mexico, and met my husband of 27 years there. Before teaching here I taught at a CPS directed head start program in Spokane for years. I have a son Carlos, who is married and has a daughter Penelope who is 2, and I have a daughter Isa who is studying her basics at TCC and working as one of the Infant 2 teachers.
I have been working at Lil Goldman for a year now. I began as an assistant in the toddler room, and now I am the lead teacher of the Twos-1 classroom. I’ve been working with children for five years, and although I’ve enjoyed worked with every age group, the twos are my absolute favorite. For them every experience is an opportunity to learn something new!
I graduated from UT Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in English. In my spare time, I practice ballet and creative writing. I’m excited to be teaching here at Lil Goldman. I’ve found that if I keep an open mind, I can learn quite a bit from the children as well!

I have been teaching at Lil Goldman since December 2016, where I was the lead for the Young Two’s class in the Spring. Prior to coming here, I taught at a private preschool in North Dallas for ten years. I have my bachelors of science degree in psychology that I received from Texas A & M University. I married my husband Jeremy in 2011, and we have two children. Brooke is four and in the Pre-K class here, and Zachary will be one in September.
Elaine Legere, Teacher
I have been teaching Pre-K at Lil Goldman for 11 years. I thoroughly enjoy our families. My education involvement spans almost 40 years now. I’ve kept the same husband for 43 years. Our kids have grown up. Our daughter Leah and her family live in north Fort Worth and Bryan, our son, lives in the Houston area where he is active military. My philosophy is to keep learning FUN!
